Molivos

On Lesvos is the progressive yet traditional village of Molivos whose ancient walls were once besieged by Achilles himself. The town is built around a medieval castle built by the Byzantines on a hilltop above. The stone houses and shops of the town surround one of the most beautiful harbors in Greece and one can easily find a café to sit in to take in the scenery.
