Hvalsey

Hvalsey is the site of Greenland's largest, best preserved Norse ruins. History enthusiasts will be interested in the archaeological history of the region and will want to visit Hvalsey Church, built by Viking settlers, before their disappearance from Greenland in the 15th Century.
