Ziegenort

Ziegenort is part of the Puszcza Wkrzanska forest region of northeastern Germany and Poland. It is a scenic, simple town along the Szczecin Lagoon in the Oder River's estuary, with a harbor, beach and nearby hiking and cycling areas to other villages along the lagoon's shores. Commonly known now as Trzebiez, the town of Ziegenort has classic 19th century architecture and a parish church from the 18th century.
