Castillos

Castillos is situated 35 miles northeast of Rocha City, Uruguay. It was founded in April 1866 and given the name San Vicente de Castillos derived from the chapel San Vicente Mártir de Castillos. Visitors can tour through the town via horseback, carriage or walking while enjoying the mountain landscape and beautiful scenery. Guests can also enjoy fly fishing and surfing the waves at Cape Santa Maria.
