Deqing

Deqing is located between Hangzhou Bay and the Taihu, in the middle of a plain between canals. For a unique experience visitors enjoy touring the Deqing Snake Culture Museum and Deqing County’s Xinshi Town, a center of snake farming. A popular tourist destination nearby Deqing is Moganshan, a scenic mountain with many pre-WWII villas. Deqing has its own railway station, with service to Hangzhou and Hefei.
