Barth

Barth is a small town in Germany located on a lagoon of the Baltic Sea. During the First World War, a headquarters was located in Barth, and during World War II, Barth was the site of a German prison of war camp. The town harbor and historic old town are popular tourist destinations, as well as the scenic Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park and the nearby UNESCO World Heritage city of Stralsund.
