Filicudi

Filicudi is a tiny rustic village by the sea of the Aeolian archipelago off of the northeast island of Sicily, Italy. This snail-shaped island dates back 3,000 BCE and has been occupied since the Bronze Age. What was once a Phoenician island named Phoenicusa, Filicudi was rediscovered and populated by world-famous artists, writers, and photographers. Transparent ocean waters cascade the beaches of Filicudi. Visitors can tour the prehistoric village located on Capo Graziano, trek to Fossa Felci and discover breathtaking views of Zucco Grande.
